More Than a Habit explores addiction beyond the idea of “bad habits”.
It looks at why we escape, what we are trying to numb or cope with, and how addiction often develops as a response to stress, pain, pressure, or emptiness.
Through honest conversation and reflection, the session highlights the role of self-control, awareness, and faith in breaking unhealthy cycles.
