“I love my wife… but what about me?”
Marriage isn’t always straightforward—especially when you’re trying your best but still feel unseen, unheard, or emotionally stuck.
This session creates a safe space for men to unpack unspoken struggles, reflect on their roles, and learn to lead with kindness, not pressure.
We’ll explore emotional fatigue, blurred boundaries, and how to reclaim balance—with wisdom from the Sunnah.
